How we've assisted NGOs to increase productivity

Infoxchange has partnered with Microsoft and Telstra to provide Microsoft Online Services to the community sector in Australia and began offering the BPOS suite as part of the Infoxchange AppPac to NGO's from late 2010.

The suite includes Microsoft Exchange Online for email and calendaring; Microsoft SharePoint Online for portals and document sharing; Microsoft Office Communications Online for presence availability, instant messaging, and peer to peer audio calls; and Office Live Meeting for web and video conferencing.

ICT Services helps organisations migrate their systems into the Cloud to cut down on their business system expenditure and increase productivity. NGO's ranging from small to large organisations have benefitted from ICT Services BPOS/Office365 implementation services, increasing their business productivity and lowering IT costs by utilising the charity pricing that Infoxchange has negotiated with Microsoft and Telstra.

When combined with an ICT Services managed support package, small to medium size NGO's can have all of their ICT needs from business systems in the cloud, computer hardware and software to ongoing support fully managed and taken care of.
